As a Sr. Sales Support Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting complex customer accounts and ensuring the seamless execution of sales and project workflows. As a Sr. Sales Support Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting complex customer accounts and ensuring the seamless execution of sales and project workflows. Working closely with National Account Managers and cross-functional teams, you will coordinate critical administrative processes, manage customer data, and help drive operational efficiency from quote creation through project completion. You'll serve as a trusted resource across departments while helping deliver an outstanding customer experience and supporting long-term business success.

Accountabilities:

    • Support complex national customer accounts by partnering with National Account Managers and project teams throughout the sales lifecycle.
    • Create, revise, process, and book customer quotes while ensuring the accuracy of proposals, contracts, billing information, and account documentation.
    • Establish and maintain customer accounts, billing profiles, site information, and account procedures across multiple business systems.
    • Coordinate project-related administrative activities, including schedule updates, file maintenance, billing research, project tracking, and recurring service setup.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for sales administration systems, providing troubleshooting support and resolving workflow or booking exceptions.
    • Collaborate with internal departments including Contracts, Billing, Installation, Customer Service, and Sales to ensure efficient project execution and customer satisfaction.
    • Manage customer profile documentation, conduct audits, maintain SharePoint records, and support departmental process improvement initiatives.
    • Participate in customer onboarding, internal project meetings, reporting activities, and provide mentorship and workflow support to junior team members.
    • Requirements

      • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
      • 2–4 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, customer service, or a related administrative role.
      • Experience supporting sales organizations and working directly with customers in a fast-paced business environment.
      • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple business systems and CRM platforms.
      • Excellent organizational, multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage high volumes of work and meet deadlines.
      • Strong analytical abilities with experience handling large datasets, maintaining accurate records, and resolving discrepancies.
      • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
      • Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and mentor less experienced team members.
      • Experience within the security industry is considered an asset but is not required.
