Are you in?Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new role:Support our development team throughout the full prototype/product lifecycle from concept/idea through release and market introduction of our system prototypesCoordinate prototype development processes and logistics activitiesAct as the central interface between engineering, marketing, production, and external partners/stakeholdersManage prototype build projects: planning sub-elements, coordinating production, tracking progress, and documenting statusCollaborate closely with hardware, software and system experts in an international environment; align communication between technical teams and marketing/manufacturing partnersSupport the creation and maintenance of prototype-related technical documentationConduct market, customer and sales analyses to identify future opportunities and application trends and translate technical content into business-relevant informationParticipate in development reviews, milestone tracking and continuous process improvementsYour ProfileWe are looking for an organized, analytical and proactive personality who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, project management and business development.Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:Technical university degree in Electrical/Industrial Engineering or comparable combined with initial practical experience in the industrySolid understanding of electrical engineering principles, development processesHands-on experience with AutoCAD and PCB design softwareProficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management methods/tools (preferably MS Project)Strong analytical thinking, structured working style and the ability to manage multiple topics and stakeholders simultaneouslyExcellent English communication and presentation skills (German is a plus), with a strong affinity for collaborating across technical and business domainsIndependent, proactive, and solution-oriented mindsetWe are filling this position through one of our leasing partners. A valid work permit for Austria (RWR+ Card) or EU citizenship is a prerequisite for this position. This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees of EEI with a minimum salary of € 3.449,08 (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a.
