Accountabilities
- Own and execute social media content strategy across two brands, translating creative direction into reels, posts, stories, and platform-native content.
- Manage organic growth and community engagement, ensuring consistent interaction across comments, DMs, and segmented audience groups.
- Build and maintain a high-frequency content pipeline, coordinating video editing, scripting, approvals, and publishing to ensure regular content output.
- Lead social coverage for events, including capturing, distributing, and repurposing content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
- Manage and optimize community health across multiple segments, including legacy clients, advisors, and engaged followers.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and creatives to produce short-form video content aligned with brand messaging and audience tone.
- Track performance of organic social efforts and contribute to growth in qualified audience reach and engagement.
- 3+ years of experience managing social media and community growth for a brand, creator, or organization, with a proven content portfolio.
- Strong understanding of current social media platforms and formats, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
- Hands-on experience creating short-form content such as reels, videos, stories, and written posts.
- Experience in community management, including engagement, moderation, and audience segmentation.
- Strong English communication skills, with the ability to write content tailored to different audiences and brand voices.
- AI-native mindset, with experience using AI tools for ideation, scripting, content creation, or repurposing at scale.
- Strong ownership mentality with the ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and maintain consistent output.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment with evolving priorities.
- Nice to have: experience in short-form video editing tools such as CapCut or similar platforms.
- Nice to have: experience with event-based social media coverage and live content capture.
- Nice to have: experience growing personal brands, founder brands, or communities in finance, coaching, or thought leadership spaces.
- Nice to have: familiarity with community platforms such as WhatsApp groups, Telegram, Reddit, or similar tools.
- Must be available for occasional international travel and maintain a reliable remote work setup.
- Competitive compensation of USD $1,800–$2,300 per month, depending on experience.
- Fully remote position with flexible location across LATAM.
