Accountabilities:
- Provide Tier 2 support for escalated end-user issues, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation within ITSM systems.
- Collaborate with Service Desk teams to improve first-line resolution through knowledge sharing, training, and “shift-left” initiatives.
- Administer and maintain enterprise platforms including Microsoft Entra, Intune, Office 365, JAMF, Duo, and related identity and device management systems.
- Support device provisioning lifecycle activities in coordination with third-party vendors, including deployment tracking, prioritization, and issue resolution.
- Act as a liaison between end users and external partners to ensure smooth hardware provisioning and post-deployment support.
- Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, application deployments, security enhancements, and infrastructure improvements.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows, macOS, Office365, and enterprise applications while ensuring service continuity.
- 4+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or end-user computing environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10/11, and macOS troubleshooting.
- Experience administering Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, and Intune environments.
- Familiarity with device management tools such as Microsoft Autopilot and endpoint provisioning workflows.
- Good understanding of ITSM tools such as Jira Service Management or similar platforms.
- Basic scripting or automation experience using PowerShell or Power Automate is a plus.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, IP addressing, VPN, and routing.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support global, cross-functional teams.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and collaboration abilities.
- Relevant Microsoft or CompTIA certifications are an advantage.
