With continuous learning, career growth, and a supportive culture, IBM provides the opportunities to build expertise and shape the infrastructure that drives progress. **Your role and responsibilities** As a Supply Chain Professional, you will be responsible for applied real-time end-to-end Supply Chain management and leadership expertise on a global, multi-channel, multi-brand, and multi-partner basis. You will execute strategies to optimize cost and inventory to support the planning, building, and coordination of delivery of our products to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Execute Supply Chain Strategies: Deliver real-time end-to-end Supply Chain management, collaborating with global logistics, procurement, and other executive teams to optimize the supply network. • Optimize Cost and Inventory: Implement strategies to minimize costs and maximize inventory efficiency, ensuring adherence to the governance of the established risk framework. • Engage with Global Teams: Collaborate with global commodity managers, logistics, and other executive teams to drive supply chain excellence and minimize risks. • Leverage Advanced Technologies: Apply advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Command Center, and Cognitive Supply Chain Advisor (CSCA) 360 to enhance supply chain operations. • Lead Adoption of New Practices: Implement new ways of working, such as Agile and IBM Design Thinking, to drive innovation and improvement in supply chain management. **Required technical and professional expertise** • Exposure to End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Experience working with real-time supply chain management, including planning, building, and coordinating delivery of products to clients on a global, multi-channel, multi-brand, and multi-partner basis. • Understanding of Supply Chain Optimization Strategies: Familiarity with strategies to optimize cost and inventory, including minimizing costs and maximizing inventory efficiency. • Collaboration with Global Teams: Experience working with global logistics, procurement, and other executive teams to drive supply chain excellence and minimize risks. • Familiarity with Advanced Supply Chain Technologies: Exposure to advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Command Center, and Cognitive Supply Chain Advisor (CSCA) 360. • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies: Understanding of new ways of working, such as Agile and IBM Design Thinking, to drive innovation and improvement in supply chain management. **Preferred technical and professional experience** • Blockchain Knowledge: Exposure to blockchain technology and its applications in supply chain management, including data transparency and security. • Internet of Things (IoT) Familiarity: Understanding of IoT concepts and their potential to enhance supply chain operations, including real-time tracking and monitoring. • Jira and Trello Proficiency: Experience working with project management tools like Jira and Trello to drive collaboration and workflow optimization.
