Role responsibilities
The Project Manager Assistant/Client Login Specialist supports the lab in servicing clients and ensuring the laboratory mission is met. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting clients, managing sample receipts, and assisting with customer service.
Requirements
Candidates must have an associate degree or equivalent experience in client service, along with high school chemistry coursework and basic laboratory experience. Environmental laboratory experience and strong interpersonal skills are preferred.
