Accountabilities:

    • Design, build, and maintain end-to-end features across full-stack applications supporting identity-assured transaction workflows.
    • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and deliver scalable technical solutions.
    • Develop high-quality, performant, and reliable code using modern web technologies across backend and frontend systems.
    • Troubleshoot complex production issues and ensure system stability across customer-facing applications.
    • Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and engineering best practices to improve overall team performance.
    • Contribute to technical documentation, system design discussions, and continuous improvement of engineering processes.
    • Participate in on-call rotations and support production systems following established training and escalation processes.
    • Work across APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud infrastructure to support end-to-end product functionality.
    • Requirements:

      • 5+ years of experience building complex, customer-facing web applications.
      • Strong proficiency with Ruby on Rails and React in production environments.
      • Experience working across full-stack systems including APIs, databases, and cloud-based architectures.
      • Familiarity with GraphQL, AWS, and modern distributed systems is a strong plus.
      • Experience in regulated environments such as identity verification, e-signature, or fintech is preferred.
      • Strong understanding of software engineering best practices including testing, code quality, and system design.
      • Ability to take ownership of features from design through production deployment.
      • Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward action and practical solutions.
      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently when needed.
      • Comfortable learning new technologies and adapting across different parts of the stack.
