The Concessions Worker is responsible for preparing and serving food and beverage to all Concessions guests while ensuring excellent quality and food presentation. The Concessions Worker processes transactions and accepts payment. The Concessions Worker must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable schedule, which includes evenings and weekends. This role pays an hourly rate ranging from $14.00 - $16.00 and is tip eligible. Benefits for part-time roles: 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until October 2, 2026. Responsibilities Greet guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.Take customer orders accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions in accordance with company policies.Assemble and prepare food and beverage orders according to established quality and presentation standards.Deliver orders promptly and accurately to ensure guest satisfaction.Listen and respond appropriately to guest requests, questions, concerns, and complaints, escalating issues to a supervisor when necessary.Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor when interacting with guests, clients, co-workers, and management.Prepare, package, and serve food and beverage items in accordance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.Maintain working knowledge of all concession menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and pricing.Operate concession equipment safely and efficiently, including beverage dispensers, food warmers, popcorn machines, and point-of-sale systems.Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly and in compliance with all state, local, and federal regulations.Verify guest identification to confirm legal age requirements prior to the sale or service of alcoholic beverages.Monitor inventory levels and ensure concession stands remain fully stocked throughout each shift.Restock food products, beverages, condiments, utensils, and supplies as needed.Communicate low inventory levels, product shortages, and supply needs to the Concessions Supervisor in a timely manner.Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing...
