Defines the value proposition, work plan, resource needs, timeline and budget for client product and / or service delivery projects. Manages resources (that is, capital requirements and human capital) to achieve project objectives on time, within scope and on budget. Manages delivery of multiple project initiatives to enhance services and level of customer support. Responsibilities include planning, direction, prioritization, change management and delivery of projects in a manner aligned with client expectations and business needs..

  • Applies critical thinking to perform project management duties, including Requirements gathering, Initial scoping and planning, Chartering, Cost estimation and budgeting, Scheduling, Risk management and change control, Preparation of communications and presentations.
  • Understands how projects and department relate to and impact others and communicates clearly when issues arise.
  • Self-reviews own work.
  • Participates in team meetings and contributes ideas to improve the team / project outcome.
  • Establishes and maintains effective relationships with relevant internal / external stakeholders.
  • Ensures compliance to standards, policies and processes, including safeguarding proprietary information and protection of corporate assets.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Client Project and Program Management.
  • Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of MS Suite of products.

The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000.  Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents
