Accountabilities:

    • Manage the game publishing pipeline as a dynamic roadmap, ensuring accurate timelines, contingency plans, and visibility for all stakeholders.
    • Monitor project development closely, understanding technical needs and anticipating potential bottlenecks before they affect delivery schedules.
    • Keep internal stakeholders informed about project progress, risks, decisions, and priorities through proactive communication.
    • Coordinate milestones, builds, and deliverables while maintaining strong organizational processes.
    • Act as the main communication bridge between development studios, publishing teams, marketing, operations, and external partners.
    • Translate technical requirements into operational actions and ensure alignment between different teams.
    • Identify conflicts, dependencies, and calendar risks before they impact project execution.
    • Document decisions, updates, and project status in a structured and accessible way.
    • Define localization and dubbing scopes in partnership with studios.
    • Manage suppliers, budgets, approvals, and workflows related to localization and voice production.
    • Coordinate platform operations, including builds, release dates, Steamworks management, store page optimization, certifications, and submissions across consoles and mobile platforms.
    • Requirements:

      • 4+ years of professional experience in game production, publishing, or related gaming industry roles.
      • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to structure processes and create visibility proactively.
      • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information, provide clear recommendations, and create action plans.
      • Ability to make decisions independently, including in situations with incomplete information.
      • Strategic mindset to understand the business impact behind deadlines, priorities, and project decisions.
      • Experience aligning teams, managing expectations, and ensuring accountability across multiple stakeholders.
      • Strong prioritization skills, identifying what drives project success and what can be deferred.
      • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, studios, and platform representatives.
      • Fluent English skills for communication with international studios and partners.
      • Experience with indie or mid-tier game studios is considered a plus.
      • Previous experience with localization and dubbing processes, including vendor management, is an advantage.
      • Knowledge of the LATAM gaming market is a plus.
      • Familiarity with publishing processes for platforms such as Nintendo and PlayStation, including submissions, certifications, and third-party communication, is desirable.
