Accountabilities:
- Partnering with senior leaders to provide guidance on people management, organizational structure, performance, compensation, and employee development decisions.
- Diagnosing organizational challenges through data analysis, employee insights, and business context, translating findings into clear and actionable recommendations.
- Supporting the evolution of People processes, rituals, and systems to enable consistent talent management, leadership development, and organizational growth.
- Helping leaders navigate complex people topics with strong judgment, empathy, and a business-oriented approach.
- Using technology, automation, and AI-driven solutions to simplify People operations and create scalable processes.
- Developing insights and recommendations that improve employee experience, leadership effectiveness, and organizational performance.
- Collaborating across teams to strengthen culture, engagement, onboarding, offboarding, and broader employee lifecycle practices.
- Solid experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent role within startups, scale-ups, fintechs, technology companies, or other fast-growing organizations.
- Proven experience advising senior leaders, executives, founders, or directors on sensitive people, organizational, and leadership matters.
- Strong organizational diagnosis skills, combining data, business context, and qualitative insights to identify challenges and recommend solutions.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, manage complex conversations, and build strong partnerships without relying on formal authority.
- Practical knowledge of People processes such as performance management, leadership development, culture, organizational design, onboarding, offboarding, and talent management.
- Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and build simple solutions in evolving environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to structure clear recommendations and influence decision-making.
- A technology-oriented mindset, with practical experience using AI, automation, analytics, or digital tools to improve People processes.
