In this role, you will impact the reliability and precision of our manufacturing tools and equipment, enabling smooth production flow and supporting the delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

  • Maintain, repair, and modify tools, dies, and fixtures to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Fabricate and assemble precision tooling components according to engineering specifications.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve tooling issues.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on tooling equipment.
  • Document maintenance activities and tool modifications accurately.
  • Proven experience as a tool and die technician or in a similar role within manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of tool and die fabrication, maintenance, and repair techniques.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
  • Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments and machining tools.

WE VALUE

  • Associate degree or technical certification in Tool and Die Technology or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in tool and die maintenance and fabrication.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in tool maintenance.

The salary range for this position is $47,900.00 - $59,900.00. Please note that this information serves as a general guideline.
