Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Multi Specialty Clinic RN you will help by being an integral part of a collaborative team, partnering with physicians and nurse practitioners to deliver high-quality, holistic care for our clinic patients. We also accept LPNs for this role! Every day you will provide essential care within our supportive department.Your day will be filled with opportunities to educate, support, and advocate for our patients, helping them navigate their health journey with dignity and respect. To be successful in this role, you must apply the nursing process to develop and execute personalized care plans that promote positive patient outcomes. Responsibilities: Accountable for all Registered Nurse duties and responsibilities as well as the following duties and responsibilitiesDemonstrates knowledge of unit standards of care, staff competencies, and individual patient care needs in facilitation proper patient placement and patient care assignmentsCollaborates with multidisciplinary teams, including care coordination, physicians, and management, using and promoting effective communication strategies to meet inter-and intra-departmental needsActively role models and coaches the behaviors associated with leadership and assist others in developing their skills and knowledge Successfully completes the defined job specific competencies, including competencies for age specific, as appropriate We are offering a $20,000 Sign On Bonus incentive to those new hire who meet eligibility requirements.
