This role is focused on supporting and ensuring the stability, performance, and integrity of payment acquiring systems in a highly dynamic financial technology environment. You will work closely with transaction flows involving credit, debit, and PIX, helping guarantee seamless authorization and capture processes.
The position requires strong analytical capabilities to investigate operational incidents, analyze logs, and identify root causes in payment processing chains.
You will also contribute to testing, homologation, and rollout of payment solutions across different acquiring and card network environments.

Accountabilities:

    • Monitor, analyze, and support end-to-end payment transaction flows, including credit, debit, and PIX operations.
    • Investigate and resolve operational incidents related to acquiring systems, ensuring service stability and performance.
    • Work with transaction protocols such as ISO 8583 and EMV to support integration and troubleshooting activities.
    • Participate in homologation, testing, pilot, and rollout phases of payment terminals, POS, and TEF solutions.
    • Analyze logs and system data using SQL and monitoring tools to identify issues and optimize processes.
    • Support integration between payment applications, acquirers, and card network environments such as Visa, Mastercard, Elo, and Amex.
    • Ensure adherence to PCI standards, security requirements, and industry compliance regulations.
    • Requirements:

      • Experience in payment acquiring environments or financial services focused on electronic transactions.
      • Strong understanding of credit, debit, and PIX payment flows and authorization processes.
      • Knowledge of ISO 8583, EMV standards, and transaction communication protocols.
      • Experience with POS, TEF, and payment capture solutions.
      • Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
      • Solid SQL skills for data querying and operational analysis.
      • Experience with certification processes and releases from card networks (Visa, Mastercard, Elo, Amex).
      • Familiarity with PCI compliance and payment security standards.
      • Experience in testing, homologation, and rollout of payment systems.
      • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments with strong teamwork skills.
      • Technical English for reading documentation and specifications.
      • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields (completed or in progress).
