All Jobs  >  Treasury Services Coordinator Cogent Bank Apply Treasury Services Coordinator Orlando, FL Apply Description Job SummaryThe Treasury Services Coordinator provides strategic sales support to Treasury Sales Officers (TSOs) and Treasury Sales Analysts (TSAs). This position directly supports new business generation and continued support of the banks commercial Treasury Service Clients through preparing implementation forms, customer agreements, customer service contact for internal Treasury Service inquiries, branch support for basic Treasury Service setups, client demos and Virtual Bank account opening. Treasury Services Coordinator also perform extensive data analyses of client and portfolio metrics to uncover sales opportunities and assist Treasury Product and Implementation on projects.  Requirements Responsibilities and DutiesAssist with client call preparation by creating relationship review materials, pitch books/proposals, and conducting customer research.Coordinate with internal partners to ensure successful implementation, product ramp-up and accurate pricing/billingCoordinate commercial account opening with clients and internal partners.Provide Sales Support and Customer Service to internal partners and clients.Supports pricing/re-pricing initiatives by partnering with the TSO to ensure existence of exception pricing for respective client accounts and performing system inputs of approved exception pricing.Reviews account analysis statements for designated clients and manages required client communications and/or corrections.Performs data-mining of sales/retention opportunities and prepares consolidated presentation of service usage/profitability information.Identifies cross-sell opportunities and partners with TSOs to develop portfolio growth strategy.Participates in pre-call planning sessions and supports complex and/or multi-service sales pitches by preparing information, attending meetings, and handling post-call follow-up information requests.Works closely with clients and implementation team to support implementations on behalf of the Sales team. Facilitates meetings, informing escalated issues, and processing non-standard client requests once approved.Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.Ensures BSA compliance by reading and being familiar with the BSA/AML program/policy; following all BSA/AML/OFAC policies and procedures; and completing all BSA/AML/OFAC related online courses.All other tasks, responsibilities, or duties, as directed by management.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor s degree or an equivalent combination of related education and work experience.Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional softwareProven track record of strong interpersonal, written communication, presentation, multi-tasking and professional telephone skills with clients and internal teammates.Strict adherence to company philosophy/mission statement/sales goalsStrong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projectsGood interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of managementExcellent verbal and written communication skills Apply View All Jobs
