As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming operational and enterprise‑level data into strategic insights that drive mission success. You Have:
5+ years of experience collecting, processing, analyzing, and visualizing data from a wide range of command and enterprise-level sources
5+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and data visualizations such as Power BI and Tableau
Experience in analyzing both structured and unstructured data to produce key metrics, identify trends, and support performance monitoring
Experience in preparing and managing data, including cleaning, aggregating, transforming, and labeling datasets for analysis and visualization
Experience building and managing ETL/ELT data pipelines to ensure timely and accurate data flows from source systems
Ability to generate regular and ad-hoc reports, summarizing analytical findings, and supporting briefings with data-driven charts and insights
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience with DoD enterprise data systems such as Maven Smart System or Foundry
Experience collaborating with CDAO team members and staff on process improvements in data collection and reporting
Experience with metadata management and advanced data lifecycle management techniques
Knowledge of scripting languages for data analysis such as Python or R
Knowledge of data governance policies, including procedures for data quality, security, and lifecycle management
Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, concise, and actionable insights
Ability to assist in the preparation of briefings and presentations with data-driven charts and insights
Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree in a Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or Economics field
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
