Job Title: Property Manager Job-Type: 1 year contract with potential for permanent employment Reports To: Head of Operations Location: Jakarta What you’ll be doing: Manage and maintain buildings effectively and continually improve tenant’s experienceIllustrate Cove’s core values and strive to achieve our standard of operationsEnsure the rooms are tenantable and perfectly ready for check-insAct as the liaison between Cove and property ownersManage a team of associates and facilities staffs to perform well and meet our standard of operationsSchedule a team of associates and facilities staffs to achieve the most optimal labor time/cost ratioEnsure all properties’ tickets and requests are resolved within our SLAResponsible for assigned properties’ monthly budgeting and controlling the daily expensesResponsible to ensure all monthly billings are sent out in time Troubleshoot and prioritize daily facility issues and effectively delegate responsibilities What makes you a great fit: Bachelor Degree in any majorMin. 2 years in property management and/or community management, preferably have experience working in the hospitality industry and/or early-stage startupWilling to be mobile Core Skills/Competencies: Good negotiation, communication and relationship building skillsConsumer empathyHigh drive for resultsAbility to be flexible deal with ambiguityResourceful and have high initiativeHigh energy%BUTTON_APPLY_TO_POSITION%%BUTTON_APPLY_USING_INDEED%%BUTTON_APPLY_USING_LINKED_IN%%FOOTER_POWERED_BY%breezy
