About SPREEAI

SPREEAI is an AI-powered virtual try-on platform transforming how consumers shop for fashion online. We partner with brands, retailers, and manufacturers to bring photorealistic try-on experiences to life, reducing returns, increasing conversions, and creating new moments of discovery for shoppers worldwide. We're growing fast and building the team that will take us to the next level.

The Role

We're looking for a driven, entry-level Partnerships & Business Development Associate to join our Partnerships team, working closely with our Head of Partnerships and BD & Partnerships Manager. This is a full-time role for someone ready to own meaningful pieces of our partner pipeline from day one, running outreach at scale, managing partner accounts, keeping operations sharp, and growing into ownership of full partnership initiatives end-to-end. Because this is a remote-first role, being a clear, responsive communicator is critical: you'll be expected to proactively share progress, flag blockers early, and stay reachable across Slack, email, and video calls so the team and partners always know where things stand.

What You'll Do

Your work will span the core functions of our Partnerships team:

Business Development & Revenue Generation

  • Own prospect research, contact sourcing, and ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) list building for target brands and retailers
  • Execute high-volume daily outreach using tools like Salesforce, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Write and iterate on outbound messaging sequences that book pitch calls and drive sign-ups
  • Support demo scheduling and maintain clean CRM hygiene so no opportunity falls through the cracks
  • Report regularly on outreach metrics: open rates, response rates, meetings booked, and conversions

Partner Success & Account Management

  • Serve as a first point of contact for inbound partner questions and account verification requests
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date partner account records
  • Support partner communications and follow-up to keep relationships moving forward
  • Help ensure inbound partners are verified and onboarded quickly and correctly

Sales & Revenue Operations

  • Keep CRM data entry, pipeline tracking, and reporting current and accurate
  • Assist with Apollo list-building and outreach operations
  • Support revenue and pipeline reporting for leadership reviews

Product Operations, Demo Creation & Quality Assurance

  • Create and maintain partner demo collections, including garment uploads and image generation support
  • Run QA testing, voting, and validation on demo assets before they go live
  • Coordinate with engineering and applied ML teams to flag and resolve quality issues
  • Maintain a clean, current demo collection tracker

Strategic Partnerships & Cross-Functional Projects

  • Own a partner initiative end-to-end, from sourcing and pitching to negotiation, onboarding, and activation
  • Coordinate with engineering, product, and design teams to bring partnership activations to life
  • Build co-marketing assets and help tell the story of new partnerships internally and externally
  • Support broader workback calendars and cross-functional coordination so nothing falls through the cracks

Conferences, Events & Field Marketing

  • Support event strategy, logistics, and on-site execution for conferences and industry events
  • Assist with on-site lead capture, conversation tracking, and post-event CRM follow-up
  • Help produce event recap notes and ROI reporting for leadership

Who You Are

  • A recent graduate (or 0 to 2 years of experience) in business, fashion, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Genuinely excited about the intersection of AI and fashion
  • A self-starter who spots gaps and fills them without being asked
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving fast in a startup environment
  • A strong communicator who can write a crisp outreach email and hold their own in a partner meeting
  • A highly responsive, proactive communicator, since this is a remote-first role, we lean heavily on clear, timely written and verbal communication over Slack, email, and video calls to keep partners and the team aligned; being easy to reach and quick to respond is essential
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially when juggling multiple workstreams at once
  • Bonus: prior experience with Salesforce, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar CRM/outreach tools
  • Bonus: existing relationships in the fashion, retail, or tech industry
  • Bonus: fluency in a second language (Spanish, French, Mandarin, etc.)

What You'll Get

  • Direct mentorship from SPREEAI's Partnerships leadership
  • Real ownership over partner relationships and revenue-driving projects from day one
  • A front-row seat to how a fast-growing AI startup builds its commercial engine
  • Exposure to enterprise brand relationships, investor conversations, and industry events
  • Competitive full-time compensation and benefits

SPREEAI is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to building a team that reflects the world we design for.
