We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Physician Recruitment Coordinator to join our recruitment team in Louisville, Kentucky. In this role, you will assist with a variety of administrative functions within recruitment, including managing candidate communications, scheduling interviews and travel requests, gathering interview feedback, and maintaining applicant tracking systems.Your advanced administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office will be essential for creating reports, presentations, and other documentation that support the hiring process. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting conference attendance and logistics, ensuring all arrangements are executed smoothly and efficiently.
This is a remote position; however, the candidate may be required to occasionally work on-site at the Humana office located in Louisville, Kentucky. Candidates must live within commuting distance of Humana’s Louisville office.
The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills to effectively prioritize requests and adapt to the dynamic needs of the recruitment team. The candidate must be able to navigate a fast-paced environment while demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and manage multiple tasks simultaneously will be crucial for success in this role.

Required Qualifications
- 1 or more years of experience in customer service, project administration, healthcare project coordination, or administrative support, preferably with responsibilities involving scheduling, communication, process coordination, and tracking information across multiple systems.
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must live within commuting distance of Humana's office located in Louisville, Kentucky
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Working knowledge of SharePoint, Workday ATS, and Phenom CRM
Additional information:
- This role is open to applicants in proximity to the Waterside building in Louisville, Kentucky.
- Based on business need, this role may require occasional travel to the Humana office for support.
- Mileage reimbursement may be available for approved business travel.
- This role reports to a Manager in Talent Acquisition.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
