Accountabilities:
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Medicaid and Dual Eligible benefit offerings, from strategy development through implementation and optimization.
- Translate regulatory, contractual, and compliance requirements into actionable product designs and operational frameworks.
- Partner with Medicaid market teams to support growth strategies through benefit innovation and consumer-centric product enhancements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities influencing product direction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, actuarial, financial, and operational stakeholders to ensure effective benefit design and delivery.
- Oversee regulatory filing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable guidelines.
- Analyze product and benefit performance data to generate insights that inform ongoing improvements and strategic decisions.
- Support internal education efforts to ensure effective understanding and execution of benefit offerings across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Medicaid and Dual Eligible product management or a closely related healthcare product role.
- Strong understanding of health plan benefit design, regulatory frameworks, and healthcare compliance requirements.
- Experience interpreting complex regulatory and contractual guidance and translating it into product solutions.
- Proven ability to conduct competitive analysis and synthesize market insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience working in cross-functional, highly regulated environments with operational and compliance responsibilities.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across teams.
- Preferred: Advanced degree (MPH, MBA, or similar) and experience in clinical operations, medical coding, or RFP-based benefit design.
