Accountabilities:
- Lead commercial strategy and execution for key mining industry accounts, driving growth, market penetration, and performance against defined KPIs.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value end users, acting as their primary strategic partner and trusted advisor.
- Design and execute industry-specific growth strategies aligned with broader organizational objectives and market priorities.
- Coordinate across product lines, aftermarket services, OEM/OES channels, and internal teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.
- Lead and support commercial negotiations, including pricing, proposals, and long-term contract development.
- Capture, analyze, and translate customer insights into actionable improvements that enhance satisfaction and competitiveness.
- Manage a strategic sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, opportunity progression, and timely deal execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, finance, operations, and distribution partners to ensure seamless account delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in industrial sales, account management, or technical-commercial roles within heavy industry or mining sectors.
- Strong track record of managing large strategic accounts and driving long-term revenue growth.
- Advanced negotiation and contract management skills with experience in complex commercial agreements.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, identify opportunities, and drive results in a complex environment.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across sales, engineering, operations, and external partners.
- High level of resilience, adaptability, and problem-solving ability in dynamic industrial markets.
- Competitive base salary range: $152,000 – $171,000 annually
