Your Mission:

The intern will join the Recruiting team and support recruiters in candidate sourcing, identification, and initial outreach activities, gaining hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition processes and digital recruiting methodologies.

Your Responsibilities:

 

Recruiting and Talent Acquisition

  • Supporting candidate sourcing and identification activities through professional databases and digital tools.

  • Using LinkedIn Talent Solutions for sourcing and scouting professional profiles.

  • Screening incoming resumes against the requirements of open positions.

  • Reviewing applications and assessing the alignment between candidates' skills, experience, and job requirements.

  • Conducting phone screenings to gather preliminary candidate information.

  • Organizing and scheduling introductory interviews.

  • Participating in first-level video and telephone interviews.

  • Preparing interview reports and feedback summaries.

  • Updating and monitoring the candidate database and recruitment pipelines.

Market Research and Talent Mapping

  • Conducting market research to identify target companies and talent pools.

  • Analyzing employment trends and key competitors for specific professional roles.

  • Mapping professional profiles and relevant labor markets. • Supporting compensation benchmarking and talent availability analyses. • Preparing concise reports to support recruiting activities
