YOUR IMPACT:We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Field Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives in Brazil, while partnering with peers across the Americas.In this role, you will partner closely with sales and Americas marketing teams to design and execute integrated campaigns that drive pipeline growth, accelerate opportunities, and build strong customer relationships. You’ll play a key role in connecting OpenText’s Americas strategy with the needs of the Brazilian market and the broader Latin America market.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys both planning and execution, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to make a measurable impact.WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS: Marketing Strategy & Execution• Develop and execute a local field marketing plan aligned with business and sales priorities• Translate strategy into impactful campaigns and programs that drive measurable results• Manage campaign performance and continuously optimize for impactDemand Generation & Pipeline Growth• Design and run campaigns that generate, nurture, and accelerate pipeline• Partner with sales to align marketing activities with key opportunities and account plans• Track and report on pipeline contribution, campaign performance, and ROIEvents & Customer Engagement• Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, including customer events, webinars, and tradeshows• Deliver engaging experiences that strengthen relationships and generate new opportunitiesAccount-Based Marketing (ABM)• Support and execute targeted programs for key accounts and priority segments• Collaborate with sales to tailor campaigns to strategic customersAudience Insights & Targeting• Use data and insights to identify priority audiences and opportunities• Adapt messaging and campaigns to different industries and buyer needsCollaboration & Stakeholder Management• Work closely with sales, demand generation, and global marketing teams• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to deliver high-quality programsWHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:• 5+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or related roles in B2B technology • Strong experience in campaign execution, events, and pipeline generation • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution• Experience working closely with sales teams in a collaborative environment• Data-driven mindset...
