At Ferraro Foods, our lumpers play a key role in keeping product flowing through the warehouse so our customers across the food industry get what they need, when they need it.
We’re looking for a Warehouse Lumper who’s hardworking, dependable, and ready to jump in and keep operations moving.
This role is internally titled Warehouse Multifunction Associate.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Unload inbound shipments and break down product from delivery trucks
- Handle returned product, pallets, and materials from incoming loads
- Move product throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and equipment
- Build, break down, and restack pallets while maintaining safe load stability
- Repack, rotate, and organize product to keep inventory accurate
- Stage product in the correct areas to support warehouse flow
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift
The Ingredients for Success
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull product (up to 80 lbs repeatedly throughout the entire shift)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Comfortable working in multi-temperature environments (including refrigerated and freezer areas)
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities

The Details
- Environment: Multi-temperature warehouse (including refrigerated and freezer areas)
- Equipment: Pallet jacks and warehouse equipment
- Schedule: Mon - Fri | 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Pay: $16 - $18 per hour
- Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k)
