Accountabilities:

    The eLearning Content Developer will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing digital learning experiences that support technical audiences and business objectives. This role requires strong collaboration, creativity, and the ability to translate complex concepts into effective educational materials.

    • Design and produce engaging eLearning content, including instructional videos, self-paced courses, interactive labs, product demonstrations, and technical training resources.
    • Maintain and continuously improve existing learning libraries by auditing content and updating materials based on product changes and new developments.
    • Support the development and evolution of certification programs, ensuring assessments remain accurate, relevant, and aligned with learning objectives.
    • Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate content ideation, scripting, drafting, and course production workflows.
    • Ensure all educational materials meet quality standards for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and learner engagement.
    • Collaborate with product, engineering, customer enablement, and technical teams to gather knowledge and create effective training experiences.
    • Apply instructional design principles to solve complex learning challenges and improve knowledge adoption across global audiences.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate brings a combination of technical understanding, instructional design expertise, and strong communication skills. They should be comfortable working independently, collaborating with stakeholders, and using innovative tools to create impactful learning solutions.

      • 3–5+ years of experience developing technical software training content, instructional materials, or eLearning solutions for enterprise B2B SaaS platforms.
      • Experience designing and delivering digital learning experiences, including courses, videos, hands-on exercises, and technical documentation.
      • Foundational understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, data technologies, data security, privacy concepts, or enterprise software environments.
      • Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools, LMS platforms, and digital media creation tools such as Evolve, Camtasia, or Synthesia.
      • Proven ability to integrate generative AI tools into content development workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
      • Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
      • Experience in data privacy, cybersecurity, compliance, or enterprise technology domains is a plus.
      • Background in content writing, curriculum development, or instructional design within a technical industry is preferred.
      • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
