Accountabilities:

    • Drive business development initiatives and sales growth for timing and synchronization solutions across defense, aerospace, government, and commercial markets.
    • Manage and develop relationships with end-users, channel partners, and strategic business partners to support long-term growth and collaboration.
    • Identify new market opportunities through market analysis, customer insights, and monitoring of industry trends, tenders, and geopolitical factors.
    • Manage sales pipelines, support bid preparation, and contribute to internal bid and pricing reviews in coordination with cross-functional teams.
    • Provide technical and commercial input to partners and clients to support product positioning and solution adoption.
    • Ensure strong post-sales support for complex technical cases, including on-site customer engagement when required.
    • Contribute to marketing strategy, internal roadmaps, and action plans to develop the regional business.
    • Maintain accurate reporting, CRM updates, and regular communication across internal stakeholders.
    • Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a strong advantage).
      • 7+ years of experience in business development or sales within high-tech industries, ideally in timing technologies or related technical domains.
      • Strong understanding of timing, synchronization systems (NTP, PTP), or similar complex technical solutions.
      • Proven experience managing channel partners, strategic accounts, and end-to-end sales cycles.
      • Solid knowledge of government or defense procurement processes, tendering, and pipeline management.
      • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and market analysis capabilities.
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
      • Ability to work independently in a remote, international, and highly dynamic environment.
