Management Positions)Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new roleResolve identified engineering issues with manufacturing equipment to keep downtime to a minimumDevelop competencies and skills for the maintenance team to improve equipment performance and efficiencyEnsure all regulatory standards are followed, along with health, safety, and environmentalTo plan, coordinate, and implement shift maintenance activities by working with different parties to support production needs and to meet the company KPIYou are required to work in a 12-hour shift /swing shift or normal hours, whichever is best for supporting production needs, as determined by your supervisorEnsure the production equipment is under control and the quality of the product meets expectationsImplement a Preventive/Predictive maintenance program.Monitor equipment performance key indicators, set goals, and drive the team to meet expectationsProvide necessary production supportEstablish an indirect spare inventory system for key equipmentSustain and improve the key performance indices of the equipment through continuous improvement activities/projectsEstablish a team to work on continuous improvement projects align to organization objectiveImplement productivity improvement programsReduce costs through continuous cost-reduction effortsIdentify the key cost drivers and work on cost reduction programsMonitor spare costs and drive down liabilities of spare inventoriesResponsible to plan, coordinate and implement all manufacturing equipment installation, maintenance, and sustaining activitiesYour ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeedBachelor/Master’s degree, major in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related EngineeringMinimum 2 years of industrial experience in direct Wafer FAB equipment maintenanceExperience in semiconductor chemical etching & cleaning equipmentUnderstanding of semiconductor manufacturingBroad technical knowledge and strong leadership skills to lead an engineering team in equipment troubleshooting, installation, qualification, and maintenanceIndependent, resourceful, and initiativeFresh graduates are welcome#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
