- Drive commercial performance: Develop and execute commercial strategies that increase hotel revenue, profitability, and market share across rooms, meetings, events, and other revenue-generating services.
- Lead sales and business development efforts: Identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with corporate clients and partners, and secure contracts that support long-term growth.
- Maximize revenue opportunities: Oversee pricing strategies, forecasting, and revenue optimization initiatives to achieve budgeted targets and improve overall hotel performance.
- Collaborate across departments: Work closely with the General Manager, Finance, Operations, and Guest Services teams to align commercial objectives with operational excellence.
- Support marketing and brand initiatives: Coordinate sales, marketing, public relations, and promotional activities to strengthen brand awareness and generate demand.
- Monitor market trends and competition: Analyze market conditions, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Build lasting client relationships: Serve as a trusted partner for key accounts, ensuring exceptional service, proactive communication, and long-term business retention.
- Develop and inspire the team: Coach, mentor, and support sales team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Manage budgets and forecasts: Prepare annual budgets, monitor performance against targets, and implement actions to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Ensure compliance and brand standards: Uphold Hilton policies, commercial procedures, and brand standards while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
- Previous experience in a hotel commercial, sales, revenue management, or business development role is required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality sales or a related market.
- Fluency in both English and Kazakh is required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management principles.
- Proficiency in Opera, OnQ, and Microsoft Office.
