Accountabilities:
- Own and drive the full finance function, including financial planning, accounting, reporting, and business operations, ensuring accuracy, speed, and strategic alignment across the organization.
- Develop and operationalize a scalable financial operating model that enables real-time insights, self-serve dashboards, and transparent performance tracking across all business units.
- Partner with executive leadership to improve profitability, optimize EBITDA margins, and enhance capital efficiency across all functions.
- Build and maintain robust forecasting, budgeting, and goal accountability frameworks tied directly to business outcomes and revenue performance.
- Ensure compliance with all external reporting, audit, and regulatory requirements while maintaining operational simplicity and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance and data team, fostering empowerment, ownership, and strong leadership development.
- Drive cross-functional financial alignment, ensuring every team operates with clear visibility into performance metrics and financial impact.
- 10+ years of senior finance leadership experience in high-growth, profitable organizations, with exposure to physical product businesses such as CPG, retail, or e-commerce.
- Proven experience leading finance, accounting, data, and business operations functions at scale in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong track record of improving profitability, EBITDA margins, and overall financial performance in a growth-oriented business.
- Experience working in organizations transitioning toward public-company-grade financial rigor and operational discipline.
- Deep expertise in financial planning, forecasting, reporting systems, and performance management frameworks.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on empowerment, team development, and building high-performing, autonomous teams.

- Base salary of $350,000 plus performance-based incentive compensation.
