Accountabilities:
- Own the full renewal lifecycle across assigned grocery retail accounts, ensuring strong retention, expansion, and long-term customer value in partnership with sales leadership.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that align Audience Optimizer capabilities with retailer business goals, including growth, loyalty, and customer acquisition objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior retail stakeholders across marketing, merchandising, loyalty, and executive leadership teams.
- Analyze campaign performance, retailer data, and market trends to identify risks, opportunities, and optimization strategies.
- Translate complex performance data into actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and executive-level business narratives.
- Lead strategic business reviews and planning sessions that connect campaign outcomes to broader retail objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, ad operations, product, and sales teams to improve campaign performance and customer outcomes.
- Build and maintain renewal forecasts, expansion pipelines, and data-driven business cases to support long-term account growth.
- Identify renewal risks early and proactively design mitigation strategies to strengthen retention outcomes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on retail media, grocery marketing strategy, loyalty programs, and digital shopper engagement.
- 7+ years of experience in grocery retail, shopper marketing, retail media, digital advertising, loyalty marketing, or customer analytics
- Strong understanding of grocery retail operations, promotional cycles, merchandising, and shopper behavior
- Proven ability to analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable business recommendations
- Experience developing strategic marketing, media, or customer engagement plans tied to measurable outcomes
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, including audience targeting, attribution, optimization, and measurement
- Demonstrated success in client-facing roles focused on retention, renewals, or account growth
- Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders from operational teams to executive leadership
- Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills with executive-level clarity
- Experience using CRM and forecasting tools (e.g., Salesforce) and working with first-party data or loyalty insights
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing, business, analytics, or related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and multi-account environment
- Competitive annual compensation ($150,000–$155,000 base, depending on experience)
