Boeing Global Services (BGS) is currently hiring for a highly motivated Senior Logistics Integrator to join the T-7 SEIT & ILS team within the USAF Training Organization in Berkeley, MO.

This exciting role will lead the development and stand-up of maintenance capabilities for the T-7 program, with a particular focus on collaborating closely with the USAF customer to understand and define repair requirements for Intermediate Level Back Shops at various USAF bases. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of USAF maintenance capability levels and will work closely with product support teams, program teams, and external suppliers to provide logistics and technical guidance in support of product support planning and execution.

This position will be instrumental in shaping the early stages of T-7 product support and establishing sustainable maintenance solutions across multiple locations. This position is customer-facing and will regularly interface with both USAF stakeholders and program management. The role will also maintain close coordination with BDS counterparts to ensure a consistent, integrated One Boeing approach across the enterprise.

The successful candidate will bring experience across multiple Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements, excellent communication and coordination skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal direction. Strong organizational skills are essential, as this individual will be responsible for managing multiple priorities, aligning stakeholders, and driving actions to closure under competing deadlines.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning and execution for stand-up of maintenance capabilities at USAF bases
  • Collaborate with USAF customers to define repair scope, support requirements, and facility/equipment needs for Intermediate and Depot Level Back Shops
  • Coordinate with program, BGS and BDS engineering, supply chain, and supplier partners to ensure technical and logistics requirements are understood and implemented
  • Ensure alignment between Boeing stakeholders and USAF requirements through clear communication and integrated planning
  • Provide ILS subject matter expertise across applicable product support elements, such as maintenance planning, engineering, support equipment, technical publications, provisioning, LSA, facilities, and PHS&T
  • Track program actions, risks, and dependencies related to maintenance stand-up and product support readiness
  • Support development of product support strategies, implementation plans, and customer-facing deliverables
  • Contribute to cross-functional problem solving and issue resolution related to sustainment and maintainability
  • Support supplier coordination as needed to align external deliverables with program milestones and customer expectations
  • Coach and mentor ILS team members

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 10 + years of experience working in a professional environment
  • 5+ years of experience with the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements and a understanding of their products
  • 3+ years of experience in military aircraft logistics or maintenance
  • 3+ years of experience leading cross functional teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
  • 5+ years of experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for a defense platform (e.g. has experience with one or more of the following: Technical Publications, Support Equipment, Training, Maintenance Planning, Facilities & Infrastructure, Retrofit, Provisioning, or Supply Chain)
  • Experience with military aircraft maintenance
  • Experience interfacing with a USG customer on a development program
  • Experience with Program Management Best Practices including Base Line Management, Risk/Issue/Opportunity Management, Performance Metrics, Customer Communications, Requirements Management, Supplier Management, and/or Earned Value Management
