Project Support Assistant - Linguistic Validation (LV)
The Project Support Assistant – Linguistic Validation (LV) provides operational and administrative support to the LV Project Management team. This role is responsible for maintaining structured and compliant documentation systems (including the LV archive) and supporting the preparation and quality control of key project deliverables such as certificates and final reports.
The position plays a critical role in ensuring consistency, traceability, and high-quality outputs across all LV projects in accordance with internal SOPs and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
1. LV Archive and Documentation Management
• Maintain and organise the LV archive, ensuring all project documentation is complete, accurately filed, and easily retrievable
• Ensure consistent folder structures, file naming conventions, and version control across projects
• Support the upload and storage of final deliverables (e.g., certificates, final reports, supporting documentation) in shared drives and systems
• Conduct periodic checks to ensure completeness and compliance of archived materials

2. Project Management Support
• Provide administrative support to LV Project Managers (PMs) across multiple concurrent projects
• Assist in the preparation of project deliverables, including:
o Certificates
o Final reports
o Supporting documentation and appendices
• Support the compilation and organisation of deliverables packages prior to client delivery (e.g., ensuring all required files are present and correctly formatted)

3. Quality Control (QC) Coordination
• Perform basic QC checks on deliverables to confirm:
o Formatting consistency
o Correct file naming and structure
o Completeness of documentation
• Escalate discrepancies or missing elements to the relevant PM

4. Deliverables and Reporting Support
• Assist in preparing deliverables for final delivery to clients, ensuring adherence to formatting and quality standards.
• Support the generation of summary documentation and reports as required
• Ensure that all deliverables meet internal and client-specific requirements prior to release

5. Process and Compliance Support
• Follow and support adherence to internal SOPs, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements relevant to LV and eCOA projects
• Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes and documentation practices
• Support audit readiness by ensuring documentation is complete, organised, and compliant

Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Previous experience in an administrative, project support, or coordination role
• Interest in healthcare, clinical research, or language services is advantageous
