As a Business Development Representative (BDR) Intern, you'll be part of our Sales Team and play an active role in supporting our growth in Italy. In this internship, you will assist in prospecting, following up, and passing on qualified leads to our Account Executives, who will convert them into new customers. No prior sales experience is required — we're looking for someone extremely organized, curious, and eager to learn, with a positive attitude and the confidence to hop on the phone with new people daily. This internship is ideal for an ambitious and driven individual looking to kick-start a career in sales. The internship will start on the 1st of September 2026.

 

What you'll do

  • You will act as both a Business Developer in training and a brand ambassador to our soon-to-be customers. Your primary responsibility will be to support the identification of business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold-calling, emailing, and social selling. You will also help qualify inbound leads.
  • You will help build relationships with stakeholders up to and including C-level executives, learning to identify their potential needs and qualify their interest and viability to drive sales.
  • You will support the passing on of solid leads, connecting them to a salesperson and helping arrange in-person/virtual meetings, emails or phone calls.
  • You will work closely with our sales executives, supporting the team in reaching company goals and targets.
  • You will work at our Italian office in Civitanova Marche (MC). 

What you bring to the table

  • You have recently completed your studies in Economics/Marketing and are now looking to kick-start your career in sales, inside sales, or sales development through an internship.
  • You are a real people person, persuasive, communicate confidently and show trust and reliability. You are equally good at listening to understand the needs of potential customers, a step ahead of the prospect's needs.
  • You are highly committed, responsive, and motivated to help sell our SaaS solution.
  • You are tech savvy and eager to learn our CPM platform in order to offer customers real added value.
  • You possess business fluent communication skills in Italian and good English.

The compensation for the role is 700 EUR/month.
