What will you do?
- Achieve the allotted AOP and sales targets for the region, demonstrating a commitment to outcomes with accountability, safety, and integrity.
- Generate sales opportunities for the Johnson Controls HVAC product range tailored to the Data Center Vertical Customer Accounts, ensuring a customer-focused approach while removing obstacles to enhance their experience.
- Provide accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations that articulate the technical aspects of Johnson Controls' products, showcasing continuous improvement and problem-solving capabilities.
- Negotiate offers and contract terms, including legal, financial, payment, and other terms, while ensuring adherence to organizational approval matrices.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with end-users, consultants, contractors, and architects.
- Conduct market and industry research to gather competitive intelligence and identify potential challenges affecting sales strategies.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to ensure comprehensive representation of company products and services.
What we look for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in HVAC product sales, with a focus on the datacenter industry.
- Proficiency in developing Go-To-Market strategies for HVAC products aimed at the Data Center sector.
- Strong networking skills and a well-established connection with leading HVAC consultants and contractors.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to independently propose cost-saving measures to enhance profitability.
- Proficient in MS Office and capable of working proactively with minimal supervision.
