In this role, you’ll take ownership of complex projects, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations while delivering results that are cost-effective and timely.You’ll perform in-depth cost and savings analyses to empower strategic decisions, lead category strategy implementation, and mentor junior team members to elevate project management standards. With significant autonomy, you’ll provide actionable insights to senior management, champion process improvements, and demonstrate a strong commitment to learning and growth. This is your chance to make a tangible impact and shape the future of procurement.Key Objectives:Leads the development and implementation of purchasing strategies for various projectsDeployment of new processes and associated tools, defining and running change management and communication plans, training end users, etc.;Monitoring and continuous improvement of newly deployed processes and associated tools.Establishing process transformation projects, defining objectives, deliverables, and agreeing associated timelines with stakeholders;Coordinate with suppliers, internal stakeholders and team timely delivery of project outcomes.Monitor and track project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.Provide regular status updates to Manager and stakeholders within the group.Diagnose of current processes, strengths and weaknesses, identifying pain points and key areas of improvements;Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.Collaborate with internal departments to understand project requirements and timelines.Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and support Purchasing Team KPIs deliveryAssist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to procurement.Support the Purchasing Manager in deployment of new processes and associated tools, defining and running change management and communication plans, training end users, etc.;Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.QualificationsAdvanced personal skills.A proven record working in a global, multinational, strategic procurement environment.Process oriented in global company with independent entities.Excellent written and spoken English.The ability to operate effectively in an environment with tight deadlines and finite resource and uncertainty.The ability to achieve the ends in quickly changing business environment.The ability to handle multiply projects at the same time with some uncertain requirements.Good stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage with, and influence, internal and external stakeholders.Out of the box thinking.Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Cultural awareness and pro-active behavior.Strong analytical skills.Visionary.Self-esteem.Additional InformationWe support your development!...
