We're looking for an enthusiastic early career professionals to join our Digital Solution Advisory team, supporting customers across Latin America as they transform their businesses with SAP Business Suite, Cloud ERP and Business AI. This is an outstanding opportunity for recent graduates who want to accelerate their careers at the intersection of business, technology and Artificial Intelligence. Position title: Digital Solution Advisory – SAP Next Gen Location: Bogota, Colombia Duration: 6 months up to 2 years Target Start Date: August/September 2026 Your responsibilities will include: + Support operational excellence across the Digital Solution Advisory organization. + Analyze business and operational KPIs to help identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities. + Leverage AI tools to automate analysis, summarize insights and accelerate decision-making. + Create dashboards, reports and visualizations that enable better business decisions. + Help improve internal processes through automation and AI-assisted workflows. + Coordinate and support strategic team initiatives, enablement activities and operational projects. + Collaborate with Solution Advisors to prepare customer-facing materials, business cases and presentations. + Bring new ideas that simplify the team's work and improve productivity through innovative thinking. + Continuously learn SAP Business AI, Business Suite and business transformation concepts while progressively increasing your contribution to customer engagements. **What you bring** A curious and agile mindset, with a passion for learning and the resilience to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Education and Experience: + Must be a recent University graduate of Bachelor's degree + 0–2 years of professional experience Requirements and Competencies: + Good communication skills in English (written and spoken) + Is naturally curious and enjoys learning every day. + Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Is comfortable working with data and turning it into actionable insights. + Takes ownership and proactively looks for opportunities to improve the way we work. + Uses AI responsibly to increase productivity and quality. + Is organized, collaborative and eager to contribute beyond assigned tasks. + Has excellent communication skills and enjoys working with multicultural teams. + Is excited to grow into a future Digital Solution Advisor.
