Accountabilities:

    As a Staff Product Manager, you will own critical product areas focused on enabling organizations to build, govern, and operate advanced AI systems. You will drive product strategy, collaborate cross-functionally, and translate complex enterprise needs into scalable solutions through:

    • Advancing AI governance capabilities by embedding validation, review, audit readiness, and automated documentation workflows into AI development processes.
    • Defining and evolving product frameworks that allow customers to extend platform capabilities for use cases such as model risk management, inventory, onboarding, and compliance documentation.
    • Leading the development of next-generation AI and machine learning lifecycle capabilities, including solutions supporting generative AI applications.
    • Improving enterprise deployment, hosting, security, and administration experiences across cloud-based and customer-managed environments.
    • Partnering directly with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders to understand complex operational challenges and convert insights into product decisions.
    • Collaborating with engineering, design, customer teams, and leadership to prioritize roadmaps and deliver impactful product improvements.
    • Driving product execution from discovery through delivery while balancing customer requirements, market opportunities, and technical constraints.
    • Acting as a trusted product leader who can participate in technical discussions and influence architectural and system-level decisions.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is a technically skilled product leader with experience building enterprise software and solving complex challenges for highly technical users. You should bring a combination of product expertise, customer empathy, and engineering fluency, including:

      • 5+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise software products for developers, machine learning engineers, data scientists, quantitative researchers, or similar technical users.
      • Strong technical foundation in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, with the ability to engage deeply in system design and technical discussions.
      • Proven experience managing complex product initiatives where technical challenges require thoughtful problem-solving and strategic decision-making.
      • Strong customer-focused mindset with experience working directly with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders.
      • Ability to analyze customer needs, market trends, and technical constraints to define effective product strategies.
      • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering teams and drive products from concept to successful delivery.
      • Experience working in AI, machine learning, data science workflows, or regulated industries is highly valued.
      • Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
