Accountabilities:
- Design and architect hybrid and multi-cloud network solutions, ensuring scalable and secure connectivity across enterprise environments
- Implement and maintain cloud networking components including VPCs, VPNs, DNS, load balancers, and firewall configurations
- Deploy Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to automate network provisioning and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with DevOps, engineering, and operations teams to define networking requirements and support CI/CD integration
- Optimize network performance, security, and cost efficiency through monitoring tools and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex networking issues across cloud and on-prem environments
- Develop and execute disaster recovery and business continuity strategies for network infrastructure
- Evaluate and adopt emerging networking and automation technologies to enhance platform capabilities
- 5+ years of experience in network engineering or architecture roles within enterprise or cloud environments
- Strong knowledge of enterprise networking technologies including LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancing
- Hands-on experience with cloud networking platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or Oracle Cloud
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Understanding of hybrid cloud connectivity, SDN, VPC design, DNS, IPAM, and network security principles
- Familiarity with automation and scripting for network provisioning and operations
- Experience working in Agile or DevOps-driven environments
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Preferred certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Cloud+, or cloud-specific networking certifications
