The team is pragmatic, solutions-oriented, and deeply engaged in strategic decision-making, with a strong emphasis on building trusted relationships across the organization.About The RoleAs Senior Counsel, Securities, you will play a key role in supporting CoreWeave’s public company reporting, disclosure obligations, and corporate governance activities. You will partner closely with the Securities team and cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Investor Relations, Communications, and executive leadership to help ensure compliance with securities laws while enabling the company’s continued growth as a public company. This role is ideal for an attorney who exercises sound judgment, enjoys solving complex legal issues, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.In This Role, You WillLead the preparation, review and filing of SEC reports and disclosures, including Forms 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, Registration Statements, and other security filings.Assist in the preparation of proxy statements and help to coordinate logistical matters related to the annual meeting of stockholders and any special meeting of stockholders.Advise on...
