The team is pragmatic, solutions-oriented, and deeply engaged in strategic decision-making, with a strong emphasis on building trusted relationships across the organization.About The RoleAs Senior Counsel, Securities, you will play a key role in supporting CoreWeave’s public company reporting, disclosure obligations, and corporate governance activities. You will partner closely with the Securities team and cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Investor Relations, Communications, and executive leadership to help ensure compliance with securities laws while enabling the company’s continued growth as a public company.
