Our products span cross-border, tax, returns, demand planning, and our next-generation agentic storefront, giving merchants full transparency and the ability to act with confidence.At Swap, we’re building a culture that values clarity, creativity, and shared ownership as we redefine how global commerce works.Key responsibilitiesOwn strategic and operational carrier relationships across the Americas portfolioLead negotiations on rates, surcharges, service commitments, and contract termsRun quarterly business reviews and regular carrier-performance reviewsMonitor service, transit, and cost performance across key lanes and merchantsLead major carrier escalations and drive corrective actionSupport Sales and Account Management on complex merchant opportunitiesRecommend routing, carrier, and commercial changes based on performance and economicsBuild disciplined internal reporting on carrier health and riskWork closely with Operations, Product, and Finance on carrier-linked issues and decisionsCandidate profile7–12 years in carrier management, parcel, cross-border logistics, or related fieldsExperience with FedEx, UPS, DHL, or comparable carrier and ecommerce infrastructure businessesStrong negotiation capabilityStrong analytical judgementAble to operate credibly with carriers, commercial teams, and senior leadershipThis role is intended to remove carrier firefighting from the VP layer and create real commercial ownership of carrier performance across the Americas.Diversity & Equal Opportunities:We embrace diversity and equality in a serious way.
