Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock market index.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Product Designer (Service) to join us in bridging the gap between customer (Help Center) and agent (HeroCare) facing products across all Delivery Hero brands. You will be responsible for taking our product from functional to high quality by utilizing motion and micro-interaction design thoughtfully. While this role is based in Singapore you will be working with the central team in Berlin, Germany to bring a better service experience to all our users.If you are a creative problem solver who is hungry for a new adventure, a professional environment is waiting for you.What makes this role interesting:You will be working on a product that is already bringing value to users worldwide.You will be challenged to build scalable global solutions that offer the right balance of customization and structure.You will collaborate closely with other designers working on Service Agent Tools, in order to find streamlined solutions for each user group; customers, riders and finally vendors, which you will represent.You will be able to learn from and collaborate with some of the best design and product people out there.Responsibilities:Leading design in a high-impact domain, working with stakeholders to deliver solutions at tribe, product line and cross-vertical levels. Collaborating across all phases of the design process: conceptual design, prototypes, validation of usability and feasibility, creating production ready designs and implementation. Elevate product quality by thoughtfully integrating motion and micro-interaction design to create polished and engaging experiences.Articulating design decisions by leveraging experience, research and data to build consensus to move the product process forward. Sharing a customer-centric approach with your interdisciplinary team to reach shared understanding on how to improve the customer experience.Inspiring, pushing creativity, questioning established thinking and identifying industry best practices to contribute to the creation of an outstanding experience.Working with the design system and development partners to ensure high quality implementation.Extending your influence across our design chapter by sharing your skills and insights.Honing your knowledge of data ranking and personalization.QualificationsProven experience of around 5 or more years as a (consumer) product designer, working in cross-functional teams to build and iterate experiences for customers.Extensive experience designing for Android, iOS and web Portfolio demonstrating a user-centered design approach, complex problem solving skills and attention to detailFluent in English and excellent written and verbal communication skillsCollaborative, proactive attitude and ability to maintain a structured working style in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentExperience working with Figma, Sketch, inVision or similar design toolsBA in UX-related field (human-computer interaction, interaction design, service design, human factors, behavioral research, graphic/visual design,psychology, sociology or anything related to cognition, perception and user behavior) or equivalent practical experienceEnthusiastic team player who empowers and motivates team membersDemonstrable experience in motion and micro-interaction design, with an eye for detail that transforms functional interfaces into intuitive, high-quality experiences.Must have: Experience working with customer facing products that demonstrate a high level of...
