What you will do…  

As a key member of the Inditex Account Management team, based at the headquarters of one of the largest retailers in Spain, this role is responsible for coordinating projects and programs across the region. Reporting to the Global Account Director, the successful candidate will support the identification of new business opportunities and contribute to the development and expansion of value-added services for the client. 

 

How you will do it  

  • Act as the strategic partner and primary point of contact of our client, building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at global and local levels. 

  • Develop and execute the account strategy and growth plan, identifying opportunities to expand Sensormatic solutions across brands, geographies and business units. 

  • Lead consultative selling activities, understanding client business priorities (loss prevention, inventory accuracy, omnichannel) and translating them into value-driven solutions. 

  • Drive revenue growth and pipeline development, proactively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the account. 

  • Coordinate and align internal teams (sales, operations, product, engineering) to ensure successful delivery of solutions and services, meeting client expectations and business objectives 

  • Monitor account performance through defined KPIs (revenue, pipeline, service levels, adoption, ROI) and drive continuous improvement initiatives. 

  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with product and innovation teams to adapt and evolve solutions based on Inditex needs. 

  • Foster collaboration across Sensormatic global and regional teams to ensure a one-account, one-strategy approach. 

 

  

What We Are Looking For 

 

Degree in Engineering or a related field. 

Proven experience working with standard sales reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar). 

Ability to engage effectively with different client stakeholders across multiple levels, including subsidiaries and franchisees, understanding varied purchasing decision processes and interests. 

Familiarity with technologies, integrations, and the ability to identify opportunities to create value for clients. 

Strong presentation and negotiation skills at all organizational levels. 

Previous experience managing large international accounts. 

Business background with financial analysis capabilities is considered a plus. 

Experience in electronic security will be highly valued.
