SUPO, where required) Why this role matters:As Manufacturing Technician on the HAPS team, you will be hands-on at the heart of building something genuinely unprecedented — a stratospheric, unmanned electric aircraft that will set a new mark in aviation history. Your work spans the full breadth of assembly and integration: fabricating lightweight carbon fibre composite structures, building cable harnesses and high-density battery packs, integrating avionic subsystems, and running end-to-end ground tests to verify that every system is ready to fly. Beyond the build itself, you will play an active role in developing and refining the assembly and testing processes that will carry this programme from early prototypes into a mature, repeatable production flow — working closely with engineers to transition new designs from drawing board to reality.  Who We AreICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations.
