Accountabilities:
- Own the full lifecycle of enterprise and wholesale connectivity products, from market research and concept development through launch, optimization, and ongoing performance management.
- Identify market opportunities across fiber-based connectivity solutions, including Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), Metro Ethernet, Wavelength, Backhaul, Dark Fiber, and customized enterprise services.
- Define product roadmaps, pricing strategies, service specifications, and business cases that align with organizational goals and network capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and IT to ensure product feasibility, scalability, and successful execution.
- Engage directly with enterprise customers, carriers, hyperscalers, and strategic partners to gather requirements, support complex opportunities, and contribute to RFP responses.
- Lead product launches, develop sales enablement materials, establish service standards and SLAs, and act as a subject matter expert for strategic customer engagements.
- Monitor product performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), revenue, and margin metrics, driving continuous improvements across the portfolio.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or solution management within the telecommunications or fiber broadband industry.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise and wholesale connectivity products, including Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), Metro Ethernet, Wavelength services, and Dark Fiber.
- Experience collaborating with network engineering and operations teams to develop and deliver scalable technology solutions.
- Proven ability to develop business cases, pricing strategies, and manage product financial performance or P&L responsibilities.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Customer-focused mindset with experience supporting enterprise, carrier, wholesale, or hyperscale customers.
- Familiarity with MEF standards, wholesale business models, fiber network planning, capacity planning, or B2B/B2B2B go-to-market strategies is considered an asset.
- Experience supporting RFP responses and participating in complex commercial negotiations is preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%, including occasional overnight travel, as business needs require.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $95,000 to $130,000, based on experience and qualifications.
