Role responsibilities
As a New Business Development Representative, you will identify and cultivate sustainable market opportunities while guiding complex negotiations and managing high-value customer relationships. You will also mentor junior team members and analyze market positions to execute development plans.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required, along with a proven history in B2B sales or business development, ideally in the industrial gas sector. Candidates should also have experience in mentoring teams and proficiency in common software tools.
