Accountabilities:

    The Digital Workplace Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and continuous improvement of enterprise collaboration services. The role requires strong technical ownership, advanced troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable digital workplace solutions.

    • Act as a third-line escalation point for complex incidents and service issues across Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms, including Teams, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online.
    • Perform advanced administration, configuration, monitoring, and optimization of Microsoft 365 environments to maintain secure and high-performing services.
    • Lead root cause analysis and problem management activities to resolve recurring issues and implement long-term improvements.
    • Design and deliver collaboration solutions aligned with business requirements, security standards, and compliance expectations.
    • Support global technology initiatives, including migrations, onboarding activities, platform integrations, and environment enhancements.
    • Develop automation solutions using PowerShell and other scripting tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and implement effective workplace technology solutions.
    • Maintain technical documentation, governance standards, operating procedures, and platform guidelines.
    • Work closely with security, identity, infrastructure, and service teams to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery.
    • Provide technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and escalation support to improve team capabilities.
    • Support user adoption through training, enablement activities, and best-practice guidance.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced Microsoft 365 professional with strong collaboration platform expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a global technology environment.

      • Minimum 3 years of experience administering Microsoft 365 environments, with hands-on expertise in SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange Online.
      • Experience supporting enterprise collaboration platforms at a 2nd or 3rd line support level, including ownership of complex incidents and escalations.
      • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, governance, licensing, identity, compliance, and platform dependencies.
      • Experience with PowerShell or similar scripting languages for automation and administration.
      • Ability to analyze technical issues, perform troubleshooting, and deliver sustainable solutions.
      • Experience translating business requirements into technical implementations.
      • Strong knowledge of collaboration and communication technologies within enterprise environments.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, globally distributed organization.
      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Strong teamwork skills and experience working with international teams.
      • High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline is preferred.
      • Willingness to travel occasionally for technology projects, integrations, or onboarding activities when required.
