Accountabilities:

    • Partner with engineering teams to define technical solutions that meet product requirements while ensuring scalability, maintainability, and quality standards.
    • Manage and prioritize product backlogs by translating business needs into clear user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
    • Guide engineering teams through product development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
    • Analyze and resolve product-related issues, coordinate bug resolution, and communicate updates with relevant stakeholders.
    • Identify potential delivery risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
    • Collaborate with product leadership to make informed trade-off decisions based on priorities, resources, and technical constraints.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, commercial, and customer success teams, to support successful product delivery.
    • Use data and performance metrics to evaluate product effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
    • Promote knowledge sharing, documentation, and strong product decision-making practices across teams.
    • Requirements:

      • Demonstrated experience as a Technical Product Manager within a modern software development or product organization.
      • Proven experience managing product backlogs and writing clear, detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
      • Strong ability to prioritize features and requirements based on customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
      • Confidence participating in technical discussions, architecture conversations, code reviews, and engineering decision-making.
      • Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate insights into valuable product improvements.
      • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and apply data to guide product decisions.
      • Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success.
      • Ability to adapt to changing business priorities, customer expectations, and market conditions.
      • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate technical and business challenges.
      • Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
      • Understanding of programming concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
      • Knowledge of technical architecture concepts, including system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
