Accountabilities:
- Build scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and APIs.
- Lead Salesforce development activities across the full lifecycle, including solution design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions that improve processes and user experiences.
- Contribute to Salesforce architecture decisions, data model design, integration approaches, and platform optimization initiatives.
- Develop and maintain integrations with Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, DocuSign, billing platforms, middleware solutions, and custom connectors.
- Manage development standards, source control practices, CI/CD workflows, technical documentation, and release processes.
- Support code reviews, testing practices, reusable component development, performance improvements, and Salesforce governance.
- Act as a technical subject matter expert, providing guidance on Salesforce capabilities, optimization opportunities, and best practices.
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development within fast-paced or high-growth environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
- Experience developing and maintaining Salesforce CPQ solutions and integrations.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, platform limitations, and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience translating complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Strong ownership mindset with attention to quality, documentation, and maintainability.
- Experience with Salesforce deployment processes, source control, and development best practices.
