Accountabilities:
- Develop and refine the overarching platform narrative, highlighting key capabilities such as AI-powered automation, cloud scalability, security, extensibility, and context-driven information management.
- Create differentiated messaging and value propositions tailored to enterprise audiences, buyer personas, and industry segments.
- Ensure consistent platform messaging across marketing campaigns, sales materials, customer communications, and partner channels.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for major platform releases, including AI, cloud, and core product enhancements.
- Collaborate with Product Management teams to influence roadmap decisions based on customer needs, market opportunities, and competitive intelligence.
- Develop and oversee content strategies supporting product launches, including presentations, solution briefs, whitepapers, customer stories, web content, demos, and sales enablement resources.
- Own market and competitive intelligence initiatives to identify trends, customer challenges, emerging technologies, and competitor positioning.
- Translate market insights into actionable recommendations for Product, Sales, Marketing, and executive leadership teams.
- Partner with Sales Enablement teams to create messaging guides, battlecards, training materials, and objection-handling resources.
- Support customer-facing teams by improving understanding of product value, differentiation, and business impact.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives through webinars, events, analyst engagements, and customer conversations.
- Represent the platform as a subject matter expert and help establish market credibility within AI-powered information management.
- 8+ years of product marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or senior-level role.
- Proven experience marketing enterprise platforms, SaaS solutions, AI technologies, cloud products, or other complex technology offerings.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, enterprise buyer personas, and value-based positioning.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional product launches from strategy through execution.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills.
- Experience developing product messaging, positioning frameworks, and sales enablement content.
- Ability to analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to guide strategy.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Management teams in technical environments.
- Experience managing, mentoring, or leading team members.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner organizations.
- Preferred experience in content management, information management, workflow automation, or knowledge management industries.
- Experience supporting global sales teams and partner ecosystems is a plus.
