We are looking for a Sr. Procure to Pay Specialist
What You Will Do:
As a Senior Procure to Pay (PTP) Specialist, you will oversee and enhance the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, ensuring efficient, compliant, and effective processes. You will interact with vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to streamline the procure-to-pay process and meet operational goals.
How You Will Do It:
- Collaborate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoicing discrepancies and ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Utilize advanced tools and systems to analyze procurement data, identify process inefficiencies, and implement innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership in resolving complex issues within the PTP cycle, fostering a customer-centric approach while adhering to company standards and compliance policies.
- Encourage a collaborative environment by working closely with cross-functional teams to align objectives and ensure smooth execution of procurement strategies.
- Regularly review and update procurement and payment processes to align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
What We Look For:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or procure-to-pay processes.
- Proficiency in procurement and finance systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on process optimization and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in procurement or supply chain management.
- Experience with global procurement operations.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Power BI or Tableau.
